COVID19 Rules of entry/access

The latest COVID19 rules that apply to the Club Premises, being Knox Council Property are from the Knox Council website, at https://www.knox.vic.gov.au/emergencies/covid-19-information
Recent VIC State Govt changes include the relaxing of Mask rules, but still RECOMMEND wearing them for the benefit of those who may be more vulnerable to COVID-19.

If you are unwell – STAY HOME

9AM opening times are now in place (M-F), 9:30AM on Saturdays

Social distancing is IMPERATIVE – avoid gathering over a project! And SANITIZE before entry

Members must be DOUBLE Vaccinated, or hold exemption. QR/paper Certificates to be shown.

GROUP size 20 members (including the keyholder) are permitted at one time (1 in 2 sqm) First IN , first served.

NOTE: MASKS are not mandatory, but are recommended. Introduced prior to 23rd March 2022

Toy shed is limited to 3 members,
and KK room limited to 2 members. -
Clubhouse will be pre-sanitized (Toilets, taps and knobs)

ALL MEMBERS must SANITIZE their hands
before entering Clubrooms – EACH TIME they re-enter -
Each member MUST SIGN-IN the Attendance Book
(PLUS: use QR codes, or KIOSK Check-In) use clearly visible printing ( not your signature )
and PHONE NUMBER for contact tracing
and the TIME of entry from now on
….AND then, SIGN OUT with TIME of leaving -
When using the workshop and re-entering the clubroom, members must SANITIZE HANDS AGAIN

All must SOCIALLY DISTANCE 1.5M apart at all times.

Machinery and seating will be arranged to ensure safe distancing, and some items marked as “NOT IN USE”

DISPOSABLE MUGS only, bring and store own lunch.

These procedures may be changed without notice at any time, to ensure the well being of members.

Note:
Temperature checking was eased 19th April 2021. Previously, before entry, each member MUST have a temperature Check (36.1 – 37.5 allowed).Only the KEYHOLDER is permitted to do this check.
